Completed in 2017, Emerald Green is located within The Glades and became the jewel of Parafield Gardens.

Emerald Green was supported by the Australian Government’s Department for Social Services Housing Affordability Grant Fund. Through this partnership, the City of Salisbury designed and delivered 79 residences on 6.6ha of land. Over 20,000sqm of open space was retained that features parks and a wetland reserve making this an incredibly popular lifestyle choice for families.
